About William K Li

William K Li is the founder and principal of William K Li Law PLLC.

Mr. Li represents businesses, employers and employees. Mr. Li has represented clients from a variety of background and from around the world, including those based out of England, France, Italy, China, and the Middle East.

Mr. Li frequently works on employment matters relating to unlawful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, covenants not to compete, wage and hour violation disputes, and traditional labor union disputes.

Mr. Li also provides counsel and advice to businesses and employers regarding policies, procedures and implementation of preventive measures.

Mr. Li frequently negotiates employment and departure agreements relating to executives, professionals and independent contractors.

In addition to labor and employment law, Mr. Li also have experience in commercial and business litigation involving matters such as breach of contract and shareholder disputes in privately held corporations.
